Hilary Libka has left Cooley LLP and joined the Office of General Counsel at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as Intellectual Property Counsel. In this new role, she advises the Institute on matters relating to procurement, use, and enforcement of patents, copyrights, marks, and other forms of intellectual property.

James Coe - Hamilton Brook Smith Reynolds is pleased to announce that James Coe has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Prior to joining our firm, James served for nine years as Chief Patent Counsel of the Americas region for Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management solutions, software and products.

Anant Saraswat moved from the IP Litigation department of WilmerHale to the IP Litigation department of Latham & Watkins in October of 2016
Andrej Barbic, Ph.D., recently joined Proskauer as senior patent counsel in the Litigation Department, and is also a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Life Science Patent groups. Andrej’s practice focuses on U.S. and foreign patent counseling and portfolio development, post-grant proceedings in the USPTO and patent litigation, particularly pharmaceutical litigation. He joined Proskauer from McCarter and English.
