Diversity Committee Meeting
On May 20, the ad hoc Diversity and Inclusion Committee met by web conference. In a wide-ranging conversation led by committee co-chairs Mary Lou Wakimura and Kristen Salvaggio, the group discussed the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on committee plans, opportunities for outreach to firm and corporate contacts, possible cooperative efforts with other committees, and the development of resources that would be valuable to the membership. The committee welcomes additional participants. Those interested are encouraged to contact the co-chairs at diversity@BPLA.org.
